While the old AFFS affinity for autocannons and alternative AC ammunition may account for this, the lack of AC/10 ammo on the original Bushwacker casts this theory into doubt. Regardless of the original theories and plans, Burger's Battlemechs has gone ahead with many refits, replacing the Bushwacker's old AC/10 with the newly developed Rotary AC/5, giving enough tonnage to significantly increase the ammo capacity, as well as add a ton of armor to the arms and legs.
