Eastbound on the Southern Tier Expressway at the Steuben/Chemung County line in Upstate New York.  For some time in the late '90s and early 2000's, this was the eastern end of I-86.  In early 2004, I-86 was extended further east, closer to Elmira.  Photo by Davig Greenberger.
