U.S. Highway 287 in Wyoming

This photo page shows northbound US 287 (with WY 789 in tow for most of the photos) from I-80/US 30 in Rawlins, WY north to WY 220 at Muddy Gap, taken during our 2005 summer vacation.  Three of the photos involve crossings of the Continental Divide.  The photos are shown in the order they were taken (as we proceeded north along US 287).   All photos were taken by the webmaster on August 2, 2005.  Click on a thumbnail for a larger image and caption.  Right click on a thumbnail to view the full image in a new window (image must be selected/viewed on the right).
