Sam Cooper Blvd. is a City of Memphis-maintained expressway spur, which was I-40 until plans to put I-40 through Overton Park were shut down.  Table entries with a black background represent the interchanges that were included in the plan to take I-40 through midtown Memphis.   

Also, a non-freeway extension of SCB is under construction, which will add an overpass across the ICG rail road
