Froggie's Funding System Proposal

These maps detail what could happen in the Twin Cities if my proposed funding plan is implemented.  While not covering all the Metro Area's needs nor all of my "ultimate system", my funding proposal would make significant inroads into improving the transportation system in the Metro.
