White Bear Line (fantasy transit)

Given that what is being studied as the Rush Line Corridor is no longer an existing functional rail line, I came up with this idea to provide LRT service up to White Bear Lake.

The line begins by splitting off the downtown line along the bridge north of 3rd St, crossing over the UP RR tracks then underneath I-94 and E 7th St, then passes through Swede Hollow, underneath Minnehaha Ave and underneath Phalen Blvd before turning east to follow the Phalen Blvd Corridor.  East of Duluth St, the line turns to follow the regional trail (and former rail line) north all the way to White Bear Lake. The line bridges over Johnson Pkwy/Maryland Ave and MN 36, passes under County Road C, bridges over Beam Ave and I-694, then passes under County Road E and US 61, then bridges over CSAH 96 before ending in White Bear Lake.

Stations would be provided at the following:

A possible extension would be further up the old rail corridor up to Forest Lake.

The following map shows the routing of my fantasy White Bear LRT line:
